Shipping fees

Free delivery is available for orders of R650 or more. For orders below R650, the delivery fee is calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times
- Durban local delivery: 1–3 business days
- Major South African cities: 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, and the customer’s location.

Customers may also choose store pickup at JOLY, 496 West Street, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

- Monday to Saturday: 08:00–17:30
- Sunday: 09:00–16:30
